I built MorgCalc because every mortgage calculator I tried either lowballed the real payment (skipping property tax, insurance, or PMI) or buried the useful stuff behind an email-gate to "see your results."
MorgCalc shows your full monthly payment — principal, interest, property tax, and insurance — using state-specific tax rates instead of a generic national average, and factors in PMI automatically if your down payment is under 20%. It also checks your payment against the 28% affordability benchmark lenders actually use, so you know where you stand before you talk to anyone.
No signup, no lead-gen, no ads. Just numbers.
