MonitorFree

VPS monitoring that lets you fix things, not just see them

MonitorFree is VPS monitoring that lets you fix things, not just watch them break. Get live CPU, memory, disk, and network metrics every 15 seconds across Linux and Windows servers, plus alerts the moment a port opens, a watched file changes, or a disk starts failing. Then act: reboot, restart a service, kill a process, or tail a log, straight from the dashboard, no SSH required (a full terminal is right there too). Share servers with teammates and pay nothing for small setups.

Top comment

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built MonitorFree because every "server monitoring" tool I tried gave me a pretty graph and then made me SSH in anyway to actually do something about it — restart a hung service, check what changed in a config, see why a port suddenly opened. MonitorFree is the dashboard I wanted: live metrics, file/port watchers, SMART disk health, external uptime checks, AND the ability to actually act (reboot, restart, kill, tail logs) without leaving the browser. There's still a full SSH terminal + SFTP browser built in for when you want the real shell — it's just not the only way in anymore. Free tier covers a couple of small servers with zero setup. Would love your feedback, especially on what remote actions you'd want whitelisted next.
