Hello c'est Thibaut, freelance vidéaste et dev full stack basé à Toulouse, France. J'ai construit mon-crm.fr d'abord pour moi : je jonglais entre des mariages à filmer et des missions de dev, avec deux types de clients très différents à suivre. Entre Pipedrive pour le pipeline et zervant, je payais deux abonnements, en anglais, jamais vraiment adaptés à la paperasse française.
Le déclic : aucun outil ne gérait correctement la TVA en franchise en base (la fameuse mention art. 293 B), la signature électronique et le suivi des prospects au même endroit, sans usine à gaz et sans tarif délirant.
