Mole
A native Mac maintenance app that shows before it cleans
Clean caches, uninstall and update apps, inspect disk space, and monitor system health. Mole previews paths and sizes before cleanup, keeps scans local, and moves recoverable removals to Trash.
I built Mole because Mac maintenance should not require a folder full of utilities. Mole cleans caches, uninstalls and updates apps, shows what is taking up disk space, and gives you a live view of system health.
The part I care about most is trust. Mole shows paths and sizes before cleanup. Scans stay on your Mac. Recoverable app removals go to the Trash.
Mole runs on macOS 14 or later on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. It is $19 once for two Macs, with a free trial and lifetime updates.
I’d love to hear what feels useful, what feels unclear, and which part of Mac maintenance you still need another app for.

Who hunted Mole?
Mole was hunted by Tw93. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
