I built MixTrackID because Shazam stops working the moment a DJ does anything interesting — fades, edits, layered tracks, festival sets. Whole forum threads exist where people beg for one track ID. The demand is there, and so is the supply: real DJs and crate diggers know these tracks; they just had no way to get rewards for that knowledge.
So MixTrackID is a bounty marketplace: post the SoundCloud link + timestamp, set a bounty from $2 (about what the track costs anyway) up to $45, the community answers. The money sits in an escrow smart contract on Base until you confirm — and here's the part I'm proud of: you never touch crypto. Email sign-in creates your wallet, you can fund it with a card, every transaction is gasless (we sponsor it), and you cash out with one tap. It's non-custodial — we literally cannot touch your money, and you can export your key anytime.
