Mite is Live
One place to collect user-reported bugs for Expo apps.
Mite collects user-reported bugs from your Expo or React Native app with the context that matters: app version, device, reporter, attachments. Triage them and publish release notes in the same place. Built for solo devs, priced for solo devs.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Henry. I build mobile apps on my own, and Mite came out of a problem I got tired of living with.
Once you want in-app bug reporting, a feature request board, and a changelog, you're stacking tools. Shake paid tier starts at $200/mo. Luciq won't even show you a price. Then you add a feedback board on top: Canny is $79/mo, Frill $25, Featurebase $29 per seat. Even the cheapest honest stack lands around $65/mo, and that is impossible to justify for an app making $0 or a few hundred dollars in revenue.
So my bug reporting system was my email address on the settings screen. What came back was "it crashed", with no app version, no device, and no idea what the user tapped, followed by three days of me asking questions.
I built Mite so I could stop doing that.
**What Mite does**
- **Collect.** Drop the SDK into your Expo or React Native app. Your users report a bug from inside the app, and Mite attaches app version, device info, reporter identity, and screenshots automatically. No follow-up email needed.
- **Triage.** Everything lands in one inbox instead of your personal one. Set status and priority, comment internally, keep a record of what changed. Your users can't set priority, only you can.
- **Feature requests.** A public board where your users post ideas and vote on them, so you stop guessing what to build next. Same product, no second subscription.
- **Ship.** Write release notes per version, publish them, and close the loop with the people who reported the bug.
- **Integrations.** Push a bug straight into GitHub Issues or Linear, or fire a webhook into whatever you already use. Your bug tracker stays where your code is.
**What Mite is not**
It's not crash analytics. It handles the bugs your *users* tell you about, not the stack traces your app throws.
**Pricing**
Free tier to start, then $6/mo. No seat pricing, because there's one of you.
One question I'd genuinely like answered: what would you want attached to a bug report that isn't in the list above? That's what I build next.

Mite is Live was hunted by Henry Paulino. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
