I run a multi-branch retail business myself, and I kept running into
the same problem: tasks for different branches living in WhatsApp
threads, sticky notes, and phone calls. Nothing was tracked, nothing
was searchable, and follow-ups just... disappeared.
So I built Mishimi — a task management system designed specifically
around the branch structure of retail chains. A manager assigns a
task to a branch, the branch replies right in the app, and everything
updates in real time. No more "did you see my message?"
It started as an internal tool for my own stores, and grew from there
into something I think other retail operators will find useful too.
