I built MindFlow because I kept having the same experience with every focus app I tried — they were great for good days and completely useless for bad ones.
You know the moment. You open the app. You see your tasks. Your streak is broken. Three things are overdue. The app is essentially screaming at you to be more productive while you're already drowning.
So I built one button. It's called "I'm Overwhelmed." You tap it — everything disappears. Tasks, stats, timers. Just a breathing circle and one sentence: you don't have to do everything. You only have to do one thing.
