Hi, I built Minddetur because many anxiety and wellness solutions feel generic or come with so much content that it can be overwhelming to know where to start especially when you need support in the moment. Minddetur takes a different approach. It creates a personalised relief experience based on how you’re feeling, the intensity of the moment, and what usually helps you feel calmer so you can get focused support in just a few minutes.
