Milago

The AI Notetaker That Doesn't Stop at Notes

Milago captures your meeting (browser, Windows app with no bot in the call, file upload, or a notetaker bot for Zoom, Meet and Teams), then writes the transcript with speaker labels, summary, decisions and action items. You approve them, each lands on an Action Board with an owner and due date, and goes out to Jira, Linear, GitHub, Notion, Slack, Teams or as a prompt for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. Search and ask across every meeting, also via a hosted MCP server.

Hi, I'm Pradyumna, maker of Milago.

Milago started with a client escalation. We'd missed an action item from an earlier meeting. Every notetaker had captured it, but nobody re-reads a summary at today's pace. So we set out to build something that goes beyond notes.

Today I'm launching Milago, the notetaker that doesn't stop at notes. Think meeting notes, a task board, and a hand-off to your tools and your coding agent.

How it works:

🎙️ Capture: record in the browser, use the Windows desktop app (no bot in the call), upload a file, or send the bot to Zoom, Meet or Teams.

📝 Understand: you get a transcript with speaker labels, a summary, decisions, action items and process flow diagram

✅ Approve: nothing reaches your tracker until you say so.

🔗 Act: each task gets an owner and due date, then goes to Jira, Linear, GitHub, Notion, Slack or Teams, or becomes a prompt for Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.

🔍 Recall: search and ask across all your meetings.

Three things to try today:

• Record a 5-minute standup and watch the to-dos land on the board with owners.

• Send a card to Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.

• Ask "what did we decide about…?" across all your meetings.

It's free to start, and every integration is included on the Free plan.

Feedback or inputs? Please let me know in the comment section. I'll be here to comment.

What's the follow-up that always gets dropped in your team's meetings?

Who hunted Milago?

Milago was hunted by Pradyumna Acharya. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
