MiDiccio
Build your own private dictionary. No sign-up, no ads.
A private, offline-first vocabulary notebook for iOS & Android. No sign-up, no ads, no tracking — your words stay on your device. Optional sync via your own iCloud or Google Drive, with no app server. Free for 50 entries; one-time purchase for unlimited.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built MiDiccio because I wanted a dead-simple place to save words and phrases I come across — without creating an account, seeing ads, or having my notes sent to someone's server.
Everything stays on your device. If you want backup or sync across devices, it uses your own iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive (Android). The app itself has no backend at all, so there's nothing of yours on any server I run.
It's free for up to 50 entries, and a one-time purchase (no subscription) unlocks unlimited entries.
I'd love your feedback — especially on the free/paid balance, and what would make it more useful for your language learning.
