Hi all! I've built an app to test a simple idea: what if conversational decks were built around the players' profiles? There's no shortage of such decks in boutiques; I've used them myself on my first dates with my now wife, and they often come in handy around table conversations with friends when we want to go deep. So I thought there was something there worth exploring~ After about 7 months of work, I had released a much more barebones version of the app over a month ago, but there was a cold start problem I didn't yet know how to solve. Back then, the app needed you to answer a few questions and find another app user IRL to compare profiles. It worked, but the use cases where this could be leveraged were limited. What I've added since is a set of cards that require no investment, no second phone, and can be used across a variety of contexts. Each card can be saved to one's profile and answered at a later time. When meeting someone else who does have the app, you can compare your profiles and have a deck of insights and prompts generated. The app is successful when you put your phone down and connect with the person in front of you. The app is free, and there is a premium tier (3.99USD/mo, 19.99USD/yr) if you'd like to: * access deeper question cards * host tables (where up to 8 people can join and have all profiles compared; joining doesn't require premium) * change the tone of the cards from 💭 thoughtful (default), to 💎raw or 🔥unhinged * have voice narration Do share your feedback, good and bad 🙃! Cheers! https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mi...
