Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Isha, one of the builders behind Mezdoc. We started Mezdoc after seeing insurance teams spend hours every day filling the same information across multiple documents. A single policy packet often includes policy wordings, schedules of forms, ACORD forms, quote letters, binders, declarations, endorsements, disclosures, and signatures. Managing these document sets is surprisingly difficult. A small change to a policy wording or schedule often means updating multiple templates, tracking versions manually, and making sure the right documents are used in production. In many tools, this quickly becomes a headache. We looked at existing solutions and found they were either too expensive, too generic, or required significant technical effort to implement. So we built Mezdoc. With Mezdoc, you can upload existing PDFs, create dynamic templates with conditions and loops, generate complete document packets from a single form, collect eSignatures, and maintain a full audit trail. We also make it easier to manage complex document libraries with version control, reusable templates, and separate environments for testing and production so teams can confidently update documents without disrupting live workflows. Our goal is simple: make document automation accessible to insurance teams without enterprise-level pricing or implementation complexity.
