hey PH, Omar here. i built Metriq Body after going through my own pretty massive body recomposition and realizing how fragmented fitness apps still are.
I could log food in one place, workouts somewhere else, track my weight somewhere else, but the question I kept having was still: ok... what should I actually do next?
Metriq starts with a detailed intake, gives you concrete calorie, protein and training targets, then adjusts those targets through weekly check-ins based on whats actually happening.
Its especially built for people who know they want to lose weight, build muscle or change their body but dont want to spend months piecing everything together themselves.
