Hey Everyone! Thank you for trying out Metric! I built this for my mom to help her understand her health a bit better, and over time is has turned into a really exciting product that I'm trilled to be able to share with all of you!
The app breaks down as many metrics as your fitness trackers can give it and shows your biological age as an easy "okay but just tell me how i'm doing" proxy. It also dives into your cardiovascular health to help you understand where you should focus to prevent the most deadly disease known to humanity.
Metric also offers some of the most comprehensive workout tracking on the market for those of you who love to exercise. I've also built in macro tracking to the app so that all of your health and fitness needs are covered in one place.
And to top it all off, everything is run entirely locally, which is what all health apps should be doing!! Privacy is #1.
