Instead of another big headset, the new Meta VR Glasses weigh around 100g. The compute and battery have been moved into a small puck you keep in your pocket, so the thing on your face is about 5x lighter than a Quest 3.
You still get VR apps and games, 3D movies, immersive sports and a multi-screen workspace, plus eye/hand controls and Meta AI built in.
They're coming next spring for $1,299.99.
