I'm Spyros, the founder of Messagio.
This started because I kept watching small businesses — florists, retailers, local shops — drown in customer messages. One would have a WhatsApp tab open, a Messenger tab, Instagram DMs on their phone, a live chat widget on their site, and a Gmail inbox. Every single day. Messages slipped through the cracks. Customers waited hours for replies that should have taken seconds.
The existing tools either cost €500+/month (Intercom, Zendesk) or were just glorified chat widgets that didn't actually understand what the business sold.
So I built Messagio. One inbox for every channel, plus an AI (Melina) that actually knows the store's catalog and orders — because we built native bridges to WooCommerce, Magento and CS-Cart instead of asking merchants to upload CSVs. Melina detects when a customer is upset, looks up their order, searches products, and hands off to a human the moment it matters.
The hardest part wasn't the channels — Meta's App Review alone took months. The hardest part was making the AI feel like part of the team instead of a chatbot wall customers try to bypass.
