Meridian
Built for project managers who actually manage projects.
The only project management platform built for certified PMs. PMBOK process groups as navigation. Not adapted — built from scratch.
I'm Samitha, and I built Meridian.
The origin story is pretty unglamorous. I was running PMO for multiple client engagements at a software delivery agency, and I was stitching together Jira for tasks, a spreadsheet for resource allocation, another spreadsheet for the risk register, and Notion for whatever didn't fit anywhere else. Every Friday I'd spend an hour pulling status updates together for clients from four different places, hoping I hadn't missed something that was about to blow up.
The breaking point was a client asking "what's the risk status on our project" and me realizing my risk register was three weeks out of date. That's not a tool problem you can Excel your way out of forever.
So I built Meridian to fix the two things that hurt most first:
Resource management so you can actually see who's allocated to what, across every active client project, without pulling numbers from five different spreadsheets that are all slightly wrong.
Risk register with real probability times impact scoring, so risks don't quietly rot in a document nobody opens until they become the thing you're explaining to a client on a call you didn't want to have.
Everything else (RAID logs, change requests, stakeholder registers, sprint retros, AI assisted status reports, a client facing guest portal) builds on top of that same foundation. It's not meant to replace Jira or Plane. It sits on top as the governance and reporting layer that agencies managing multiple client engagements actually need and don't currently have anywhere.
We're running a small beta right now, free for 3 months, for agencies with 5 to 150 people juggling 3 or more concurrent client projects. If that's you and you're tired of your risk register living in a spreadsheet nobody trusts, I'd love to hear from you in the comments or DMs.
Also genuinely curious how the rest of you are handling multi client governance right now. Tell me I'm not the only one who was running this on Excel and hope.

Who hunted Meridian?
Meridian was hunted by Samitha De Silva. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
