For years, I built up this sprawling collection of bookmarklets with tiny JS snippets for all kinds of things. Every time I wanted to add a new one, I'd think to myself, "there has got to be a better way to do this."
That thought is basically where Menu Mod came from. I wanted to move these automations out of the bookmarks bar, and what better place than the context menu, sitting right under your cursor?
The Template Engine is the part I'm most proud of. It gives you easy access to placeholders containing context from the current page, text manipulation, string operations, regex matching and encoding tools. Menu items adapt to whatever you clicked on instead of doing the same static thing every time. It took a while to get right, but it was worth it.
I just shipped v2 with Scripting support, bringing full JavaScript execution right to your context menu. With a single right-click, you can watermark an image and download it — no editor, no manual steps.
