Menoup
All-in-one AI menopause app for women 40+
Most menopause apps focus on one thing at a time: symptoms, cycle, sleep or nutrition. Menoup connects them. It combines 35 menopause symptoms, six diaries, Apple Health data, food and fridge scans, weekly Balance Scores and doctor-ready summaries in one app. Mona, the built-in AI, uses your recent diaries to give context-aware support and can even log updates directly from chat. The goal is not more tracking, but one clearer picture of what is changing.
Hi Product Hunt,
I built Menoup because I kept seeing the same problem: women going through perimenopause and menopause are asked to understand a very connected life stage through disconnected tools.
Sleep is in one app. Cycle tracking is somewhere else. Symptoms are in notes. Nutrition, movement and health data live in other places again.
Menoup is my attempt to bring that picture together.
It combines menopause-specific symptom tracking, sleep, food, movement, hydration and cycle diaries with Apple Health data and an AI layer called Mona that can use recent diary context instead of responding with generic advice.
Some of the features I’m especially excited about are:
- tracking 35 perimenopause and menopause symptoms
- connected daily diaries and a weekly Balance Score
- Mona, who can understand recent diary context and log updates from chat
- food, barcode and fridge scanning
- 30- and 90-day doctor-ready health summaries
- support for 9 European languages
Menoup is still evolving, and I’d genuinely love feedback from this community, especially on one question:
Does the “all-in-one” approach make the product easier to understand, or does it feel like too much at first glance?
Thanks for taking a look.
