Hi Product Hunt 👋
I'm Rune, the co-founder of MenoTime together with my partner Camilla. So, basically her app.
We built this because what se calls the space between "something is changing" and
"someone finally listened". It is just too long, too loud, and too lonely for the 10 million women only in Europe navigating perimenopause and menopause right now. Most menopause apps borrow the period-tracker playbook — bright, gamified, and built for anyone under 40. That frame breaks down when what's changing is your sleep, your focus,
your identity.
MenoTime is deliberately quieter. The design is inspired by the Zen "Empty Bowl" — space for what you're feeling, without forcing you to fix it. Under the calm you get real depth:

• A cross-language community — post in your own language, everyone
reads it in theirs, in 10 languages
As part of the app, we shipped a native workplace-menopause tools for HR teams too as well. Simply because 52% of women report menopause affecting their work — and most employers still don't know what to do about it.
