I built MelumiyaChat because I kept running into the same problem with AI roleplay: the story could be amazing, but eventually the system would forget something that should have mattered.
A promise. A relationship change. A location. A secret. Something established dozens of messages ago.
So MelumiyaChat grew around one idea: what happens in the story should continue to matter.
That led to persistent Memories, evolving relationship state, character and scenario creation, and a World Bible that can carry lore and world state forward as the RP develops.
We’re still building and improving it constantly, but the goal hasn’t changed: make long-running AI roleplay feel less like a series of disconnected chats and more like a world with an actual history. 💜
