For stays, someone physically visits the house and shoots it. No stock photos, no screenshots of screenshots. Real inventory, not enquiries. Tours are dated departures with counted seats and a price on the page. You book a seat, you don’t start a negotiation. We’re deliberately launching at the end of the northern season. This month is about proving the model with real operators, not chasing volume.
