MeetingLeak
See what recurring meetings really cost
MeetingLeak is a free, private meeting-cost calculator. Adjust participants, duration, frequency, and useful time to see the cost per meeting, month, and year. Then use the bilingual Meeting Reset Kit to turn the number into a practical 30-day improvement plan. Calculator inputs stay in your browser.

I built MeetingLeak around a simple problem: recurring meetings often continue because their cost is invisible. The calculator makes that cost visible in under a minute, but the goal is not to shame teams or eliminate every meeting. It is to make a clearer decision: keep, shorten, shrink, or replace. Calculator inputs stay in the browser, and the tool works in English and Hebrew. I would especially value feedback on whether the result gives managers enough confidence to change their next meeting.
