Meeting Meo
Live meeting notes and your next line, on Mac and phone
Meeting Meo listens to your video call on your Mac and shows three things as you talk: the gist of what the other side just said, a line you can say next, and plain explanations of new terms. Open it on your phone with a QR code and it becomes a prompter. When the call ends you get decisions, to-dos and a follow-up email draft. Transcription runs on your Mac, so audio never leaves it. The interface is Korean for now and it handles English and mixed meetings.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm John from Define404.
I take a lot of calls in English, and English is not my first language. The hard part is never the slides. It is the two seconds after someone asks a question, when I am still parsing it and need to answer.
So I built Meeting Meo for myself.
What it does during a call:
1. Shows the gist of what the other person just said, in one line
2. Suggests a reply you can say next, based on your own notes (it leaves a blank instead of inventing experience you do not have)
3. Explains jargon the first time it appears
4. Splits speakers by voice and puts a Korean line under foreign speech
5. Checks off the goals you set before the meeting, and warns you if time is running out
Before the call, it turns your resume or company notes and the other side's website into a one-page brief. After the call, you get decisions, to-dos with owners and dates, numbers that came up, and a follow-up email draft.
Privacy: transcription uses whisper.cpp on your Mac. No audio is uploaded or saved. Only text goes to the AI you choose, with your own key.
Honest limits: the interface and summaries are in Korean today, it needs macOS 15, and an Apple silicon Mac works best. If you want an English interface, tell me in the comments. That decides what I build next.
The demo at meeting.define404.com replays a sample meeting in your browser, no install needed. Please tell your counterpart before you transcribe a call.
