Usually, when we begin an engagement, we ask a founder who their customer is and get demographics and guesses. "B2B SaaS founders, 10 to 50 employees." That's a filter, not a person. The reports that fix this exist. Agencies charge $1k and up for them, and most founders never buy one.
So we built the report engine and made it free.
Here's what happens when you drop in your URL: the intake reads your site and suggests answers to six questions, then the engine spends about 30 minutes on live web research. Not generation from training data. Live searches, 400+ per report: your competitors' actual positioning language, what your buyers say on G2 and Reddit when nobody is selling to them, the named communities and newsletters where they actually gather.
You get a roughly 20,000-word profile where the buyer has a name. When we ran it on ourselves it found "Mika," a boutique agency founder who can spot AI copy from a mile away and hates it. Every claim is tagged [E] for evidence or [I] for inference, and when something can't be verified the report says NOT FOUND instead of guessing.
Two files arrive by email: the .docx report, and an agent packet, one markdown file you paste into Claude or ChatGPT so everything your AI stack writes already knows who it's talking to. Vocabulary, objections, the works.
One honest limitation: the [I] tags are real. Some sections are structured inference built on the evidence. Those are hypotheses to pressure-test in your next ten sales calls, not findings to budget against. The report tells you which is which, which is more than most research does.
