I'm İsa, founder of MediFinder.
This started from watching people try to find care in a country they'd never been to, in a language they didn't speak, with no way to tell a real clinic from a good landing page. Most directories rank whoever pays the most, and you can't tell which is which from the outside.
So we built the opposite. The ranking algorithm is public — every weight, including the one subscription tier gets. Paying moves you up in exactly one visible way and never in organic results. Every provider goes through KYC verification. Medical content is written by doctors natively in each language rather than machine translated.
We're at 10,000+ providers across 16 languages, with apps on iOS and Android.
