Free medication organizer for individuals and families. Schedule doses, track stock, manage patients, doctors and appointments, and get dose and visit reminders. Export to PDF/Excel or transfer records with JSON backup. No subscriptions or locked features.
Managing medication is about more than remembering to take a pill. It's keeping track of schedules, knowing how much medicine is left, remembering doctor appointments, and sometimes helping care for someone you love.
I built Medication Reminder to bring these everyday responsibilities into one simple, organized place.
It helps people manage medication schedules, track doses, monitor medicine supplies, organize doctors and appointments, and keep separate profiles for family members. It also includes portable backups so your records can move with you when you change devices.
One decision was important to me: the app should remain free for everyone, with no ads, subscriptions, or essential features hidden behind payments.
I'm sharing it here because I'd love honest feedback from people who manage medications themselves or help care for others.
Is it easy to use? Are the reminders helpful? What's missing? What would make it more useful in everyday life?
Every thoughtful suggestion can help make this app better for the people who need it.
