Before we wrote a single line of code, MediaForge founder Yadnesh and I kept running into the same frustrating workflow.
Every time we needed to convert, compress, or resize an image or video, we'd end up doing this:
🔍 Google "convert PNG to WebP"
🌐 Open a random website packed with ads
📤 Upload files to a server we knew nothing about
🤞 Hope our client's assets weren't being stored somewhere
🔁 Repeat the exact same process the next day
It worked—but it never felt right.
When you're working with client projects or sensitive assets, you shouldn't have to upload your files just to perform a basic media operation.
That simple frustration became the idea behind MediaForge.
