I'm excited to launch MedhaRank today.
The idea started with a simple question: How do we measure engineering skill in the age of AI?
Traditional assessments focus on coding, multiple-choice questions, or years of experience. But modern engineers increasingly work alongside AI tools. The ability to solve problems, ask effective questions, evaluate AI-generated responses, and use AI efficiently is becoming a valuable skill in its own right.
MedhaRank is an attempt to measure:
• Engineering knowledge
• Prompt effectiveness
• Token efficiency
The goal isn't to replace interviews or existing assessments, but to provide engineers with a way to benchmark themselves and identify areas for improvement.
