Like many people, I constantly forgot ideas, useful links, meeting notes, and conversations. I'd save them in different apps, but finding them later was often harder than remembering them in the first place. Most note-taking apps expected me to organize everything with folders, tags, or notebooks, which eventually became another task to maintain. I wanted something simpler: just capture the information and let AI handle the rest. ### What problem is ME solving? ME is built to remove the friction of remembering. Instead of organizing your notes, you simply write what you want to remember. ME understands the context, generates AI-powered summaries, and lets you find anything later using natural language search. The goal is to spend less time managing information and more time using it. ### How did the product evolve? The first version was just a place to save notes. As I used it myself, I realized saving information wasn't the hard part—retrieving it was. That led me to redesign the product around three ideas: **Capture → Understand → Retrieve**. Today, ME automatically processes every memory so you can search naturally instead of remembering where you stored something. This is still just the beginning, and I'm building ME in public.
