I built MDFK because I was tired of double-clicking .md files and seeing raw text instead of rendered Markdown.
**What it does:**
- Double-click any .md file → instantly renders with Mermaid, LaTeX, code highlighting
- Works completely offline — no account, no cloud
- Free for macOS and Windows
**Online editor:** md.mdfk.app — free browser-based editor with export to PDF/Word/HTML/image
**Why I made it:**
Every other Markdown viewer I tried was either paid, bloated, or required an account for basic functionality. I wanted something that just works — install it, set it as default, done.
