To be honest, I got tired of spending time and tokens generating PowerPoint presentations when I already had the content in a Markdown (.md format) file and just needed to present it quickly. At the beginning I've created this solution for myself, but noticed that I've started using it almost everyday and I've decided to make it public. No registration, No content upload, everything is happening locally in your browser. Completely Free. Also added a couple of skills for Claude, CoPilot or Codex.
To be honest, I built MDDeck because I got tired of spending time and tokens generating PowerPoint presentations when I already had the content in a Markdown file and just needed to present it quickly.
At first, MDDeck was something I created purely for myself. But I noticed I was using it almost every day, so I decided to make it public.
The idea is simple: open your .md file and turn it into a presentation directly in the browser.
No registration.
No content upload.
Everything happens locally in your browser.
And it’s completely free.
I also added a couple of companion skills for Claude, Copilot, and Codex, so AI agents can generate presentations directly in MDDeck format or help convert existing presentations back into Markdown.
