MCP Forms
Google Forms, but inside Claude
MCP Forms is the Google Forms alternative that lives inside Claude. Just ask — "create a contact form with name, email, and message" — and Claude builds it, publishes it, and hands you an embeddable iframe. Supports multi-step wizards, conditional logic, and varied input types. View submissions in Claude, export to CSV. Free, open-source, and no context-switching required.
I'm Zonaib — full-stack dev, built this as a side project during nap times and late nights (two toddlers, one idea).
The problem: every time I needed a quick form in an AI workflow, I'd leave Claude, open Google Forms or Typeform, build the thing, grab the embed code, and come back. That context-switch killed the flow every time.
So I built MCP Forms — connect it to Claude, tell it what fields you need, and it builds the form, publishes it, hands you an embeddable iframe on the spot. View submissions in Claude, export CSV. Multi-step wizards, conditional logic — all by just asking.
Would love to hear what you build with it — and happy to answer any questions below! 🙏
