masterfile
five everyday tools. one quiet place.
It's five tools in one app: a Scratch pad that routes what you type to the right place, an encrypted Vault for your credentials, a multi-currency Budget tracker, rich Notes+, and Kanban boards for your personal project management plus home-screen widgets and quiet, on-device notifications that keep everything within reach.
After graduating, I became genuinely invested in personal projects, perhaps as a way of finally addressing the backlog of curiosities and ambitions that university life never left room for.
I started this third project four weeks ago out of a small frustration, never really expecting it to become something people would actually care about. What began as a simple idea of jotting down notes in just one click grew into an app that solves a quiet problem most everyday users face.
An app that strips out the learning curve and all the complexities of different trackers and puts into one unified space. An app that respects your privacy and time, never overwhelming you with things you did not ask for. Just you, your notes, your goals, your finances, and your credentials, all in one place.

Who hunted masterfile?
masterfile was hunted by Louis Cada. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
