Hey Product Hunt 👋
I've been lifting for years and kept bouncing off workout apps for the same reason: they all assume you'll adapt to their template. Real training doesn't work like that. Some weeks my shoulder hurts. Some weeks I only have a pair of dumbbells and 30 minutes.
So I built Masso around one idea — you should be able to just say what you need, and the plan should change.

The coach rewrites your split from that. And because it reads the sets you actually logged (not the ones you planned), it knows your chest is still cooked from Monday and steers today somewhere else.
A few opinionated calls I made:
• No account, no signup. Your training log is stored on your phone, not on my server. The one exception is the AI coach — planning your week sends your profile and recent logged sets to the model. No analytics SDK, no ad networks.
• No streak counters nagging you. Missing a Tuesday shouldn't feel like a punishment — the app just re-plans.
• The exercise library (900+) shows the equipment for every move, so "I don't have that machine" is a swap, not a dead end.
On price, so nobody's surprised: outside the US the app is fully unlocked, free. In the US there's a Pro tier ($4.99/mo, $29.99/yr) — free still covers unlimited logging, the whole library, Apple Watch and Health, 3 saved routines and 5 coach requests a day; Pro lifts those caps and adds custom exercises, the detailed charts and the one-tap Optimize suggestions. Checkout is on the web, not the App Store.
