MarkRemoverAI

Remove any object from your video with AI, free

Removing something from a video by hand means masking it on every frame, then painting in whatever should have been behind it. That is 300 frames for ten seconds of footage. MarkRemoverAI does it in one click. You tap the object once, it is tracked across the clip, and the background behind it is reconstructed frame by frame. Most tools that do this well are paid desktop software for Windows. This runs in the browser, returns your clip at its original resolution, and is free to try with no card.

Hey Product Hunt, I built this because removing one thing from a video is absurdly tedious. You mask the object on every frame, then paint in whatever should have been behind it. Ten seconds of footage is around 300 frames of that. MarkRemoverAI does it in one tap. You click the object once, it gets tracked across the clip, and the background behind it is reconstructed frame by frame. There is a second tool that replaces the background behind a subject instead. Two honest notes, because I would rather set expectations than oversell: It works best when the background behind the object is reasonably steady. A person or car crossing a scene reconstructs cleanly. Something covering a face, dense text, or a reflection is much harder, and no tool in this category handles that reliably yet. Clips are capped at 90 seconds, up to 60fps, and come back at their original resolution. It is free to try with no card. Happy to answer anything about how the tracking and inpainting work, and I would genuinely like to hear where it falls over on your footage.
