I'm Troy, founder of MarketHeatMap and a real estate broker in Dallas–Fort Worth.
Over the years, I realized that most housing reports focus on citywide averages, but that's not how real estate works. Market conditions can vary dramatically from one neighborhood to the next. I built MarketHeatMap to give buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate professionals a clearer picture of what's happening at the neighborhood level.
Powered by live NTREIS MLS data, MarketHeatMap publishes weekly rankings across six DFW counties, highlighting the fastest-selling neighborhoods, areas with the highest inventory, and detailed neighborhood reports that reveal how the market is changing week by week.
My goal is simple: help people make better real estate decisions by replacing broad citywide statistics with neighborhood-level intelligence.
