I was laying in bed trying to think of ideas and was reflecting on my time when I was younger. I really think there is a market gap for a new age Neopets or Marapets, though Mariposas isn't it I think it at the least was a solid inspiration for a lot of the baseline of this app. I was also going on dates with a girl who was into running and wanted to impress her. I did end up also getting into running along the way, this app required a lot of "manual testing" by running.
