I built mantid because AI models shouldn’t need a data scientist.
Most businesses already have the data to answer their biggest questions: which customers are about to leave, which bookings will cancel, how much stock to order next month. The tools to answer them either cost a fortune, need code, or live in the cloud.
So mantid lets you vibe train AI models instead:
📊 ML models. Drop in a spreadsheet. mantid suggests the questions your data can answer, trains the model on your Mac and tests it before you rely on it.
📄 Your own LLM. Drop in a folder of documents and train an LLM on them. Ask it anything and see the source of every answer.
🔌 Use them anywhere. Predict in the app, export the model, or call it from Claude, Cursor and other AI tools over MCP.
It’s free, needs no account, and your data never leaves your Mac. It needs Apple Silicon, and 8 GB.
