Maintaro is a focused maintenance platform for landlords and property managers. Tenants can report issues through a simple link, while you manage conversations, assign contractors and track progress in one place. It fits alongside your existing setup and integrates easily with existing workflows through Zapier.
I built Maintaro because property maintenance still seems to end up spread across emails, messages and spreadsheets.
I wanted something that focuses on maintenance properly without trying to replace every other system a landlord or property manager already uses.
It’s early, but it’s live, people are using it, and I’m keen to see where it goes.
