Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Oqtay, maker of MadeVisa.
Here’s what pushed me to build this. Job hunting today is mostly silence. You tailor your CV, fill the same form for the 40th time, and then… nothing. Not even a “no”. Companies pay no price for ghosting, so it became normal.
So we built GhostGood 👻 — a public board where applicants report what happened after they applied: a reply, a rejection, an interview, or nothing at all. It takes 20 seconds and stays private: we only ever show totals, never names, and a company needs reports from at least 5 different people before it gets a score. Every month we pick a Green Ghost (employer of the month) and a Red Ghost (needs improvement).
The goal isn’t a wall of shame. It’s visibility. If a company sees “rarely replies” next to its name, maybe it sends that one email. And companies that do treat candidates well finally get credit for it.
