Top comment

I built Lyrix out of frustration, I was stuck maintaining WordPress sites for clients and every time I needed something custom, it was a plugin rabbit hole or a PHP nightmare. I wanted a CMS that felt native to Next.js App Router, not bolted on. No proprietary query language, no vendor lock-in, just your content, your schema, your deployment. Lyrix is fully open-source and self-hostable the free tier stays free, forever. Would love to hear from anyone who's dealt with the same WordPress/Sanity/Payload pain. What's your biggest CMS frustration right now?
