LYDJ
India's most coveted roles, in one quiet place.
A curated search for India's most coveted roles - from Great Place to Work companies and the highest-paying Global Capability Centers. Only the employers worth wanting.
Top comment
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built LYDJ because job hunting in India has become an exercise in filtering out noise. Search for a backend role in Bengaluru and you get 400 results: the same job reposted by six consultancies, listings from four months ago, and body-shops padding their pipeline. Meanwhile the roles people actually want, at India's best-rated employers and the high-paying Global Capability Centers, are sitting on career pages nobody thinks to check daily. So LYDJ does the checking. We follow the official career pages and ATS feeds of ~70 vetted employers and surface only India roles. 3,675 live right now, across 11 cities. Every listing links straight to the employer; you apply on their site, not ours. The part I'm most proud of is GCC Radar. We track newly launched capability centers and surface their first India roles as they post. Early hires at a new GCC get the interesting scope. Free, no signup needed to browse. What I'd love feedback on: Which employers are we missing that you'd want tracked? Are the filters cutting the right way, or too coarse? I'll be here all day. Ask me anything 🙏
