I built Lydessa because the tools that actually run a small business (orders, stock, approvals, service requests) end up in one of two places: fragile shared files, or software that takes months and a developer to change.
Lydessa is an AI platform for building and running secure, multi-user business apps. You describe the work, and Lydessa AI asks about anything unclear. Then it publishes a real application at its own address (yourcompany.lydessa.com) with:
• Roles and permissions per screen, per field and per record. Sales doesn't see your costs.
• Workflows with single- or multi-stage approvals, plus a task inbox for whoever needs to act
• Automations: stock that updates when an order is saved, rules that stop mistakes before they're saved, date-based reminders
• Dashboards, kanban boards, calendars, timelines and pivot tables
• An audit trail of who changed what, and signed webhooks for Zapier, Make or your own systems
The part I care about most comes after launch. Your team keeps changing the app in plain language, for example "add a manager approval over $5,000" or "let warehouse staff only see their own site". Every change is validated before it goes live. If a request can't be done safely, or would slow the app down, Lydessa AI says no and tells you why. It never quietly ships "something close".
How you start today: from the files you already have. Upload one or more Excel/CSV files, and Lydessa uses your real columns and data as the starting point, so nothing is typed in twice. The file is just the starting point. After that, the app is where the work happens.
Each customer's data lives in its own isolated space, and every app requires sign-in. The interface comes in English, Turkish, Portuguese, Spanish, German and Arabic.
