Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Stig, and I built LuminVoice.
Most sleep and self-hypnosis recordings are written for everyone: "You are calm. You are confident." Nice words, but nothing in them is about you, so there is little to hold on to.
LuminVoice works the other way round. You have a short, private chat about the one thing you want to change. It writes a session around your own words, and a calm voice reads it to you as you fall asleep. Listen a few nights and it starts to feel true.
A few things I cared about while building it:
• It is for relaxation and self-improvement. It is not therapy.
• It runs in your browser, and on iPhone it installs to your Home Screen, so it keeps playing with the screen off.
• Fall asleep to it, nap on it (with a gentle alarm), or wake up to it.
• Your first personal session is free, no card needed.
