I'm Max, a software engineer from Ukraine. I built Lume after getting burned by fake discounts one too many times. Stores raise prices before a sale, then "cut" them back to normal and call it a deal.
Lume shows price history directly on the product page so you can see if a discount is real. And since history alone doesn't tell you if somewhere else is cheaper right now, I added cross-store comparison. One click, no manual searching.
