Hi Product Hunt — I’m Jaime, the maker of LumaDeck. I didn’t start this because I wanted to build another SaaS. I’ve spent more than 20 years around live music, DJing and audiovisual production, and one problem kept coming back: great visuals usually require another operator, complex software, or hours of preparation. I wanted something a DJ or musician could simply open and perform. So I built LumaDeck as a browser-based live visual instrument. With LumaDeck you can: • start a visual show in about 30 seconds • use 48 free generative scenes • let Auto Conductor react to the music • map scenes and live controls to MIDI • load your own video loops • use custom GLSL shaders • keep the controls on one screen while the audience sees a clean output on another The free version is not a timed demo — you can actually use it for a show. What I’m most interested in learning from Product Hunt is this: If you perform music live, what would make you trust a browser-based visual instrument on stage? I’ll be here throughout the launch answering questions and taking notes. Thanks for trying it.
