Loot Llama
Hand-picked AI tools for gamers, game devs and modders
Loot Llama is a hand-verified directory of 61 AI tools for gamers, game devs and modders: art, 3D, mocap, NPCs, voice, mods, coding, QA, streaming and PC. Each listing has who it's best for, a strength, an honest caveat and pricing. Updated daily.
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Brandon, and I built Loot Llama.
Every "AI tools" directory I found had thousands of listings and almost nothing that actually helped with games. So I made a small, opinionated one just for gamers, modders and indie devs.
What's inside:
• 61 tools across 12 categories: art, game design, 3D, animation & mocap, NPCs & dialogue, mods, voice & audio, coding, playtesting & QA, streaming, PC & performance, and gameplay assistants
• Every tool page shows who it's best for, one strength, one honest caveat, pricing, platforms and the date it was last verified
• 10 "Best of" roundups (like the best AI tools for indie game devs, or AI gaming assistants for PC) and 6 head-to-head comparisons (Meshy vs Tripo AI, Cursor vs GitHub Copilot, Convai vs NVIDIA ACE…)
• It's updated daily, and the homepage shows the last-verified date
• Listings are free, and sponsored spots are always labeled, so money never buys a verdict
I'd love to hear which tools I'm missing and which categories you want next. If you've built an AI tool for games, you can submit it for free at lootllama.net/submit.

Who hunted Loot Llama?
Loot Llama was hunted by Brandon Fowler. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
