Between sessions, explore the world and everything it has to offer, from fishing by the pier to go-karts in our race track. It's the productivity space that actually makes you want to come back. We've been building lofi.town for over a year now. What started as a little lofi music app turned into something bigger - a virtual third space where people show up every day to work, study, and just hang out together.
The idea came from a simple problem: body doubling works. Having someone next to you while you focus genuinely helps you stay on track. Every app doing it was either paywalled or put you on a video call with strangers, which felt like too much. We wanted something more like your local coffee shop - no camera, no pressure, just knowing other people are locked in around you.
So we built a free multiplayer world where you pick a spot, turn on the lofi radio, and focus alongside real people. We've got customizable Pomodoro timers, ambient sounds, habit tracking. It's all built in and all free. We don't paywall any core feature and never plan to!
Between sessions you can fish off the pier, decorate your burrow, or just hang out with the community. That's what keeps people coming back. We also have users who've been logging in daily for over a year. it's become their spot.
